Description of Services

Veyto operates a food avenue providing restaurant services including dine-in experiences, takeaway services, and catering for special events. Our services are available during our posted operating hours: Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 19:00.

We strive to provide accurate information about our menu items, prices, and availability. However, we reserve the right to modify our menu, prices, and service offerings at any time without prior notice. Menu items are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that all items will be available at all times.

Reservations and Orders

Reservations can be made by telephone or through our contact forms. We will confirm your reservation, but we cannot guarantee table availability without confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations due to circumstances beyond our control.

For takeaway orders, payment is due at the time of collection. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Special dietary requirements and allergies should be communicated at the time of ordering, and whilst we take reasonable care, we cannot guarantee that our food is completely free from allergens.

User Conduct and Obligations

When using our services or visiting our premises, you agree to:

• Behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards our staff and other customers
• Comply with our house rules and any reasonable requests from our staff
• Provide accurate information when making reservations or placing orders
• Pay for all services and products in accordance with our payment terms

We reserve the right to refuse service or ask you to leave our premises if you violate these conduct requirements or engage in behaviour that we deem inappropriate or disruptive.

Payment Terms

Payment for our services is due at the time of service or as otherwise agreed. We accept various forms of payment as posted at our location. All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

For catering and special event services, we may require advance payment or deposits. Cancellation policies for such services will be communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees for late cancellations as outlined in our booking terms.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, recipes, and software, is the property of Veyto or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
